| More Information on Standard Halogen Incandescent Light Bulbs: |
|
Halogen a-line or pear shaped light bulbs will burn brighter, whiter, and longer than standard incandescent a-line bulbs. Ideal in locations where you get the feeling a room is just a little too dim, these products will provide the extra kick of brightness you're looking for. Post lights and porch lights are another great place to use halogen a-line light bulbs; the extra brightness and whiter color seeming to light up the nighttime darkness radiantly. They used to be shaped with more defined edges, but recent models have switched to the traditional pear shape to more closely match regular incandescent light bulbs. Keep in mind they will last longer than normal bulbs, so it makes sense to use them in light fixtures that are in hard to reach places.
