By harnessing the power of the internet and efficient distribution, Service Lighting is able to easily branch out into commercial sales markets in various areas of the nation. Essential Job Responsibilities
- Canvassing and cold-calling territory to build up a new customer base
- Pursue replacement lighting solutions as well as retrofits, state bids...
- Service existing clientele base to ensure all needs are met
- Utilize online sales system to further productivity and customer interaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial lighting sales industry
- Ability to build up a new territory and potentially train and work with additional sales associates
- Demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and sales
- Familiarity with technology, specifically the internet, E-Mail, spreadsheets, etc...
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Excellent professional image
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills
