Return Policy:

Service Lighting will accept returns for regular stock items unless your order is considered a Special Order. Special Orders would consist of, but are not limited to, the following types of orders: items we do not stock, quantities of items that are above what we normally stock, orders with totals over $500.00, and custom ordered items. Refunds for non-special-order returned items will be issued to the original method of payment when possible and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the credit for each item returned. The maximum time frame for accepting returns is 30 days from the day the order was shipped out from our warehouse. No returns will be accepted beyond that time, so please make sure your bulbs are correct and that they are not defective right away once you receive your shipment. The arrangement and cost for returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Broken/Defective Product:

To claim a defective product on a new order, the defective product(s) must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or does not function as it should, Service Lighting will replace the product(s) at no charge. In the event that your product is damaged through any express delivery, and is replaceable under the terms and conditions, we will reship using FedEx Ground. The original express shipping charges are not refundable; if you would like the reshipment to be sent express delivery, we will subtract $8.59 and the remaining difference will be your responsibility. In the event that you choose to return your items to Service Lighting, shipping fees are non-refundable. Certain very large quantity (pallet drop ships) orders may be assessed additional shipping fees on a case by case basis.

Additional Shipping Costs:

Due to the necessity of extra packaging materials/methods on some items, surcharges will be added for heavy ballasts and long fluorescent bulbs.

Shipping to the 48 contiguous states:

Service Lighting ships orders via Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, or Spee Dee Delivery (USPS if required). We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. The standard shipping fee per order is a flat rate of $8.59, regardless of how many bulbs are ordered.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:

All Alaska/Hawaii orders are shipped via FedEx. The base rate for FedEx Ground for Alaska and Hawaii is $26.99.

Shipping to Canada:

All Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International service. Duties and fees will be automatically added to the order.

Shipping to locations outside of the US/Canada:

All orders shipped outside of the US/Canada are shipped via FedEx International. The shipping cost includes a $10.00 pickup charge plus postage. We will not be responsible for breakage of light bulbs shipped outside of the US/Canada.

Pricing errors:

Our goal is a 100% error free site. If pricing errors are discovered they will be promptly corrected and the accurate price will apply. We will notify you if the items you ordered were incorrectly priced.
