Most people have wanted light bulbs to last longer in their homes or businesses and not change them so often, that's why we offer long life light bulbs. Common to almost every type of lighting application has been the standard light bulbs that you buy for your home. These are the A19 size bulbs which you might be familiar with, the ones you've probably bought for years in retail stores but never had this kind of longevity.  They fit in almost any light fixture, but one of the most common places that it's used are in table lamps, recessed and sconce lighting.  It has a standard medium base and screws into sockets that are made for all kinds of US lighting.  They have multiple filament support which makes the lamp less likely to fail as a result of shock or vibration.  They are also filled with krypton gas which helps the filament to last longer as well.  These come in 25, 40, 50, 75 or 100 watt versions in frosted or clear and have a brass base.  We have them in higher wattages too, but those have a larger bulb, larger than the standard household light bulb.

These lamps were an early incandescent development and are what we know as A19 long life light bulbs.  You might familiar with these in trouble lights in the automotive service industry or something you might use in your garage at home. They're used in these applications because they won't go out all the time when roughly handled.  If you're a commercial building owner, then long life light bulbs would be a great choice for many of the recessed lighting applications you have today.  Large commercial buildings are still a major user of this lamp where the labor cost to change out bulbs can get quite expensive.  The savings in this case can be quite extensive resulting in a quick payback on the higher cost of these bulbs.  If you have incandescent lamps anywhere in your home or building, they can be vulnerable to vibration of slamming doors or power surges.  Using these will help eliminate some of the shortened life probelms you've been experiencing.  These are also great lamps to be used in industrial situations on machines or in areas where manufacturing is going on.  It's the most cost effective way to save on light bulb replacements.  If you're looking to save energy, then you might want to consider using compact fluorescent light bulbs to replace the standard incandescent.  The cost is more up front, but the payback is good.  If you don't want the higher up front investment, then the A19 long life light bulbs would be the best choice.

If you've decided on ServiceLighting.com, you've made an excellent choice for good lighting and you're in good company. From your local retailer to finer homes to industrial lighting, you will most likely find these A19 long life light bulbs lighting your way.  It's easy to but light bulbs online from our lighting store and you will get them in a few days shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota.
