There's probably never been a lamp which has found more uses in such a short
period of time, and the trend is continuing. Many fixture manufacturers
see the small size and filament structure as a lamp that has the potential for a
great amount of control. Bipin halogen light bulbs are really nothing more
than the original halogen capsule developed by Sylvania. What most people
are familiar with are the floods where they put a halogen capsule light in a
small reflector to give a great amount of light output while delivering good
beam control. The
small size of these bipin lamps makes it possible to use these in fixtures that have some size
constraints such as task lighting, display cases and much more. Many
people will use these in cabinet recessed lighting for different types of
display. The bipin lamps are generally identified by their wattage, bulb
size and the pin spacing in millimeters. The pin spacing can be as little
as 4mm and as high as 9mm.
Halogen bulbs are incandescent bulbs, just like the typical bulbs we
have been using in lamps for years and years. Halogen bulbs, however, are filled
with a special gas that actually rebuilds the filament and provides longer
average lifespans than normal incandescent bulbs. They come in different shapes
and sizes for various different uses. The Sylvania or Westinghouse bipin halogen light bulbs will provide you with a high light output, a more white-colored light
(a higher color temperature - approximately 3000K), and longer life than normal
miniature lamps. That is why the halogen are many times used in energy saving
lighting situations because they are more efficient in their light production.
Sylvania generally calls their halogen line Capsylite and within that category are many
different configurations of light bulbs. The variety ranges from standard
halogen A19 shape bulbs to bipin halogen light bulbs to the full spectrum variety called Daylight Plus. There are also track
lighting bulbs, indoor floods and indoor/outdoor PAR floods. Whatever the
lighting need, there probably is a Sylvania lamp that will work correctly in
that situation. So whether you
need bipin halogen light bulbs, fluorescent or HID sources, we'll have the right bulb for your
need. In this case, we have the breadth of the entire offering of Sylvania halogen light bulbs.
From your local retailer to finer homes, you will most likely find a Sylvania

possible to put them in almost any small space or curio lighting. Many people also use these halogen
bulbs for showcasing, elevator, restaurants, jewelry or displays and when

something or not. We have
